We checked in late due to unforeseen circumstances. It was my birthday and I was running behind. I think there were some graduations going on in the area so, the lobby and eating area were full of beautiful excited people, yet they were respectful of the other guests. The attendant was awesome! He accomodated us without hesitation. We came back from my party around 4-5 and slept like babies lol. The beds and pillows were soft. Air conditioning worked very well also. Overall the room was clean. I will always choose this Hampton Inn over any other location when we come to Huntsville for a night out.

The staff was amazing and the hot breakfast was really good. I liked that I was able to book a room that accommodated my large family. The suite was roomy enough for all of us and my son said the pull out sofa was comfortable.

Location and everything in the right place. Right down road from family house. Stores are close by don't have to drive a long distance. The hotel and the rooms was very very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Room was huge and fit a family of 6! We had a queen suit. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not like a hotel breakfast, there was omelettes, potatoes, sausage, home made baked goods and so much more.

Clean and the 2 queens wirh a sofa bed worked perfectly for our family of six. Andrew greeted us and got us checked in promptly after our long day of travel. He was extra helpful when we needed linens for the sofa bed.

Breakfast was ok . The staff who assisted the breakfast was the best staff member they have working there .. cannot remember her name but she had dark hair with maybe some sort of accent. The most friendliest staff at that hotel. Served us when we got down there too late. She still accommodated us .. did not turn us away. They let us also check out late … which was beyond there rules . I was so thankful to them.
